What artwork should I send?
Email the clearest original badge, patch, seal, logo, or vector file available. Avoid screenshots when the original file is available.
Can I request a larger quantity?
Yes. A rough estimate can be provided, but larger orders are finalized with a direct quote. The setup fee is waived on orders over five.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround is usually 1–2 weeks. Handcuffs are typically kept in stock; however, large federal orders may occasionally result in extended lead times. November and December may also take longer.
